Strategic Pricing Workshop

Are you tired of getting beat up on the prices of your products and services? Understanding the strategic power of pricing can go a long way to making your firm more consistently profitable. Come to this two-hour workshop to discover the strategic value in pricing your products. Topics of discussion include pricing as part of the marketing process, using pricing as a strategic weapon, pricing models, and the profit impact of pricing decisions. In addition, you’ll work through a case example showing you how to apply the concepts and tools presented. At the end of the session, you’ll have a framework and set of tools to help you make better, more profitable pricing decisions.
